Hybrid working Office 3-days / remote 2-days

For 2024, due to the continued success and expansion of our business we are ready to expanding our team with the addition of 1-2 (Trainee) Management Consultant roles.

As a (Trainee) Management Consultant you will join a small highly specialised Energy & Commodity Consultancy and Advisory team who provide expert-level advice and professional services to some of the UK and Europe’s leading Energy & Commodity companies.

Full training and support will be given to work towards the following skills and responsibilities:

• Over an initial 6-month training period you will become a recognised authority, providing expertise and consulting advice to Clients regarding growth strategies, market analysis, competitor analysis and retention strategies.
• You will learn advanced research strategies focussed around multiple Commodity products.
• You will learn presentation skills to present analysis and recommendation to Client both in video and physical meeting formats.
• You will work both collaboratively and independently to manage Consultancy projects for new and existing Clients.
• As your expertise develops you will build a portfolio of Clients, creating and maximising revenue streams through effective project management and service enhancements.
• Attending Face-to-face and Video Client Meetings with decision makers
